Federated Guardians Federated Guardians Beaver, PA Beaver, PA Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour Business Manager Federated GuardiansResponsibilities Ensure all clients are invoiced at the correct amount based on the terms established Move funds from client accounts to Federated Guardian account based on monthly invoices using FNB online banking tools Ensure any funds movement is in accordance with approved court orders Monitor any differences between actual amount received and amount invoiced Monitor any unpaid amounts Ensure client accounts have required funds to allow payment.
Provide monthly financial reporting as to actual revenue/expenses versus budgeted or planned revenue/expenses Develop annual budgets Produce excel spreadsheets to monitor financial well-being of firm Provide guidance with any financial decisions-ability to analyze financial situations Ensure all applicable Federated Guardians insurances are current Paying client bills as appropriate and maintaining records of such Job Requirements High Excel skill level Excellent financial analysis skills Relationships Works closely with the bookkeeper to ensure all applicable invoices are generated both on time and correctly Works closely with the Social Workers to ensure applicable record keeping is completed and maintained Job Specifics Full Time position (3 days per week) Compensation $18 to $20/hour Job Types:
