Critical Care, Work Hours:
(3) 12 hours shifts per week; rotating days and nights; every other weekend and holidays $15,000 Sign-on/Retention Bonus Eligible for qualified candidates with RN experience in Critical Care.
Provides professional nursing care practicing legal nursing responsibilities as indicated by the Nurse Practice Act.
RequirementsGraduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required.
Basic Cardiac Life Support.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
One year recent experience in any of the following specialties:
Critical Care, Cath Lab, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, or Emergency Department.
Will consider three years of telemetry nursing.
Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.
PreferredBachelors of Science Degree in nursing.
Two years of acute care nursing experience and two years of Critical Care experience and post open heart experience.
Certification in this specialty area.
In the absence of qualified candidates in the above referenced areas, will consider applicants with Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required.
Basic Cardiac Life Support.
Applicable training and orientation will be provided.
